Out of nowhere came an amazing hidden object game over at Big Fish Games: Dark Strokes: Sins of the Fathers is the title of this great game that proved once more how amazing a HOG can be and personally, I was blown away by this super title.

Dark Strokes: Sins of the Fathers tells the story of a brave young man, Ethan, who has to save his bride-to-be from the hands of the Faceless Ones: a supernatural story evolves, one that you will simply love as you will guide Ethan through the magically created world of the game.

Usually, hidden object games come with stories that don’t tell much, but Dark Strokes: Sins of the Fathers manages to turn an otherwise not so spectacular plot into a really amazing one: the storytelling is great, I guarantee that you will watch the cutscenes and enjoy the events as they unfold and even continue playing just to see what happens next. And this alone is a huge achievement for any game!

But of course, this is not all here! The gameplay is also really well done with bright, amazing visuals. The hidden objects themselves won’t give you any headaches and even though the game is not one extremely difficult, you will find it pretty challenging. There are also many locations to explore and a lot of mini games to complete (some of them new to the genre), which makes Dark Strokes: Sins of the Fathers a really must play game.
