The second part of Watchmen: The End is Nigh will be soon released by Warner Bros to the delight of the fans who were impressed with Watchmen: The End is Nigh Part 1 – and apparently there were quite a few, since Warner Bros and developers Deadline Games are offering a host of purchase options for the second episode.
Therefore, the most hardcore Watchmen fans will be able to purchase, starting July 21, Watchmen: The End is Nigh The Complete Experience, a true collector’s edition that will include Watchmen: The End is Nigh Parts 1 and 2, as well as the film Watchmen: Director’s Cut on Blu-ray (with 25 additional minutes of action never seen before).
However, if you’d like to stick with the game only, and you already have the first part of Watchmen: The End is Nigh, you will be able to purchase Part 2 starting July 29 for $14.99, so everybody should be happy.
Watchmen: The End is Nigh Part 1 takes place more than a decade before the film’s main story, delving into the partnership of urban vigilantes Rorschach and Nite Owl before the hero-banning Keene Act. In Part 2, the duo team up again as Rorschach contacts Nite Owl to help solve the case of a missing girl, Violet Greene.
