Activate your PDA during game play. Press L2, R2(2), L2, R2, L2(2), R2(3), L2 to enable cheat mode then enter any of the following codes.

Invincibility
Press Up, Down, Left, Down, Right(2) at the PDA screen during game play. This code will affect both players if enabled during Co-Op mode.

Unlimited ammunition
Press Up, Down, Left, Right, Left(2) at the PDA screen during game play.

All vehicles
Press Up, Down, Left, Right(2), Left at the PDA screen during game play.

All supplies
Press Left, Right(2), Left, Up(2), Left, Up at the PDA screen during game play.

All airstrikes except Nuke
Press Right, Left, Down, Up, Right, Left, Down, Up at the PDA screen during game play.

Nuke
Press Up(2), Down(2), Left, Right, Left at the PDA screen during game play.

Refill fuel
Press Up(3), Down(3) at the PDA screen during game play.

All costumes
Press Up, Right, Down, Left, Up at the PDA screen during game play.

Grappling hook
Press Up, Left, Down, Right, Up at the PDA screen during game play. This code will affect both players if enabled during Co-Op mode.

Unlockables:

Equipment
Ambassador gunship: Complete level 3 of the Helicopter Flying mission.
Diplomat heavy tank: Destroy the targeted buildings for the Allied Nations.
MOAB bomb: Complete all HVT missions for the Allied Nations.
Nuclear Bunker Buster: Complete the final contract mission, “Get Solano Part 2” to unlock it for purchase from Eva for $1 million.
