loom-classic-adventure-gameLucasArts appears to have just realized what a huge treasure lies in their classic and such appreciated adventure games and, as a result, they’re bringing them back by all possible means: we already know that the Monkey Island series is revived by Telltale Games and right now, we have another potentially “wow”-ing information: ten classic LucasArts titles will be made available on Steam starting tomorrow. The list is below:

– Armed and Dangerous
– Indiana Jones and the Fate of Atlantis
– Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade: The Graphic Adventure
– LEGO Indiana Jones: The Original Adventure
– Star Wars Battlefront II
– Star Wars Republic Commando
– Star Wars Starfighter
– The Dig
– Thrillville: Off the Rails

Even though impressive, it’s not really such a huge announcement, after all. I am sure more people would’ve loved to hear LucasArts announcing a brand new title, but that might be coming too. Especially since Darrell Rodriguez, president of LucasArts teased us by saying: “We hope our fans are as excited as we are about our plans and we can’t wait to share what’s coming next. This is just the beginning.”

So… what plans do you think LucasArts has for the future?
