Activision Release X-Men Origins: Wolverine

With X-Men Origins: Wolverine (the movie) released in theaters, it is now Activision’s turn to release the game with the same name and offer us the chance to actually feel how cool being the Wolverine really feels like. In other words, yes, the X-Men Origins: Wolverine computer game has been released and we’re all invited to party!

“X-Men Origins: Wolverine features the most authentic Wolverine experience ever in a video game,” said Rob Kostich, vice president of global brand management, Activision. “The game captures the uncaged nature of Wolverine and allows players to uncover an incredible storyline that will appeal to comic book and gaming enthusiasts, as well as fans of the action-packed feature film.”

During their experience with the game, players will be taken through and beyond the film’s storyline. Set in a variety of vivid real-world locales, the title challenges players to hone their animal instinct as they uncover hidden dangers, hunt and defeat enemies, and take on seemingly insurmountable situations while discovering the truth about Wolverine’s tragic past.

The game was developed by Raven Software, which should mean that we’re dealing with a quality title, and it is also available on consoles.
