fallout3-mutantsEven though Bethesda was not capable to deliver us a single piece of software that worked flawlessly (from the initial launch of Fallout 3 to the release of the latest DLC, Broken Steel), we still love the RPG and purchase the extra content. Apparently, that’s exactly what makes Bethesda wish to deliver even more of that. So yes, consider it a possibility!

Basically, the latest DLC, Broken Steel, removed the ending of the game and let it be, as the Beatles once said. In recent times, however, that means that, should the devs believe that they’ll have enough profits, new DLC packs will be released.

“Whether [Broken Steel is] the absolute last one remains to be seen,” said Bethesda’s Pete Hines to OXM. “Because it’s been hugely successful. Operation Anchorage vastly exceeded our expectation. It was like ‘holy s@*t, we did how many?’ and the Pitt was really successful, after a bit of a false start.”

The false start was caused by the problems with the DLC, of course. So I think that, should they manage to develop a pack that would come with no extra bugs, people would buy it. But I think they’re tired of getting not working DLC they have to wait for extra to play.
