If Panzerkrieg: Burning Horizon 2 will be one of the better games, it remains to be seen. But for now, the details look promising and I have some hope regarding this game developed by Ascaron and coming very soon: by the end of this month.
Described as a “real time strategy that combines the historical accuracy of World War II with thoroughly engaging, yet easy to master gameplay,” Panzerkrieg: Burning Horizon 2 will deliver three story-driven single player campaigns (one for each factions) and historical battles like Battle of the Bulge, Operation Sturgeon Catch and Battle of the Frontiers and the famous Operation Barbarossa.
Strangely, there is no word regarding the multiplayer aspect of the game, but I am sure Ascaron knows that, for a strategy game, that aspect is a must nowadays and it was just a little omission. But, as I said before, we’ll see everything about Panzerkrieg: Burning Horizon 2 as soon as the game is released by the end of June.
