GTA IV – 5 Best Mods to Try
Even though most of the gamers are probably thinking about GTA V right now, it’s GTA IV that’s playable and thanks to the ton of modders out there, we have some amazing bits of content that we can try out in the game. I have decided to go through the tons of mods for GTA IV and selected the 5 best mods – you might know them already, but if you don’t, you will surely have a great time trying them out.
So here are the 5 best mods for GTA IV, in no particular order:
Zombie Apocalypse Mod
I think that we all love zombies – that’s a proven fact, and this world brings us a ton of them to Liberty City. This mod turns all the people into brain-hungry zombies and it is up for you to see how much you can survive. You can download the mod here.
Terminator T-800 Mod
“I’ll be back!” and indeed he came back! This mod allows you to turn Niko into the Terminator, blow away your enemies using the most impressive weapons, all while spitting lines like Arnold. You can download the mod here.
Police Pursuit Mod
After so many years of playing GTA 4, you probably got bored of being the bad guy and you need a change. This mod offers it to you, giving you the chance to become the good guy: become an enforcer of the law (no Terminator costume here, though), call for backup from the police and take on the criminals in Liberty City. Check out the mod here.
Enhanced Graphics Mod
A must have mod that brings the graphics of GTA 4 to 2012 standards. Both effects and graphics are greatly improved, providing a much more real feeling and, of course, increasing the eye candy of the game. So do yourself a favor and download the Enhanced Graphics Mod for GTA IV here.
GTA Environment Mod
Improve the visuals even more with better shadows, environment details and textures. For the perfect driving experience, available from GTA Garage.
And these are the 5 best mods to try in GTA IV if you haven’t done so already. If you know other great mods that didn’t make it to the list, don’t hesitate to share them with us!
