A new month has started so it’s time to find out which are the best PC games you can purchase in April 2010. Strangely, after a previous month when we had quite a few solid new releases, April is quite poor when it comes to computer games – there are just a couple of games coming, but also two highly anticipated DLC packs. Read on to find out more about the best new games you can purchase this month!

Tom Clancy’s Splinter Cell: Conviction

By far the biggest release of the month, Splinter Cell: Conviction is the fifth game in the series and it promises to simply rock out this month! The only problem is that we’ll have to wait until the end of April to get this hot game, but you can already place your order on Amazon.com and make sure you get it delivered just in time.

Lead and Gold: Gangs of the Wild West

I’ve had the chance of taking part in the beta process of this upcoming multiplayer third person shooter and I must admit I was simply amazed: it is one game of really high quality and it manages to bring all the fun a multiplayer game should. It will be available on Steam pretty soon and it’s a must buy if you love shooters. Or simply check back in a few more days and read Unigamesity’s upcoming Lead and Gold: Gangs of the Wild West review!

The Lost and Damned & Episodes from Liberty City

Also making it to the “hottest computer games of April” list are the two upcoming downloadable content packs for Grand Theft Auto IV. Even though the game didn’t manage to become as popular as expected on the PCs, the new content is certainly worth a play if you have some extra money to spend on it. It’s up for you to decide, but if you enjoyed playing GTA IV or if you’re still playing it, chances are you’ll love these new packs as well!
