We’re starting to get new and exciting details regarding the upcoming Star Wars MMO, The Old Republic. This time, it’s about character classes and the information comes via Eurogamer: the Bounty Hunter class joins the already announced Jedi and Sith, with “many other” in development.

“You’re going to have as much choice in that one class as you would have had in an entire Bioware game before, because every single class gets its own story, and that’s a story personal to the player. He gets to have his own Star Wars trilogy,” said lead writer Daniel Erickson.

“Everything is very, very tense. We are not talking cold war, we are talking constant border and skirmish war, because nobody is quite ready to say ‘OK, let’s throw the entire galaxy back into conflict again’,” he said.

Sounds interesting. Unfortunately, BioWare’s MMO is probably years away, so we’ll have to feed our hunger for more with these little tiny bits of information we get. They’re tasty, anyways!
