pearl-jam-tenIt’s official now and I’m sure Rock Band fans are jubilating right now: Pearl Jam‘s debut album, Ten, will arrive as downloadable contend to Harmonix’ Rock Band. The DLC will be released on March 24, 2009 and we’re already curious to see if the download rate can match the 12 million copies the album sold since its launch in 1991.

Paul DeGooyer, Senior Vice President of Electronic Games and Music for MTV Networks Music / Logo Group, said: “Just hearing the first few notes of Jeremy or Alive brings back all the raw emotion of this incredible, hugely important album. We are honored to be working with Pearl Jam to deliver Ten as it is re-issued.”

So the tracks that will join Alive as DLC will be: Once, Even Flow, Why Go, Black, Jeremy, Oceans, Porch, Garden, Deep and Release. For now, no pricing has been announced for Pear Jam’s album, nor it was said if the tracks will be available as individual downloads too. We’ll see and as soon as we find out, we’ll let you know!
