Mothership Zeta Lands in Fallout 3 this August

fallout-3-mothership-zeta-screenThe final downloadable content for the high quality (but heavily milked) Fallout 3 will be Mothership Zeta and players will be able to get it starting August 3, when Bethesda announced it will hit the stores. And even though we knew that it involved aliens landing in the Wasteland, we didn’t have too many plot details. Now we have, so read on to find out everything about the Mothership Zeta DLC for Fallout 3!

For example, the new story will begin with our character being abducted after responding to a distress call. Of course, you won’t find this too pleasant and you’ll have to fight your way out, while battling aliens and using their cool weapons.

Among the new weapons to be delivered by Mothership Zeta we have the Alien Atomizer, Alien Disintegrator, and Drone Cannon, while the new armor to protect us from the alien invaders will be the Gemini-Era Spacesuit and even Samurai Armor. Add to that the promise that we’ll be able to form alliances on the alien ship with Capital Wasteland inhabitants as well as people from Earth’s past (do I sense “celebrities” here?) and you’ll have some reasons to anticipate the release of Mothership Zeta.

As I said, the Mothership Zeta DLC for Fallout 3 will be released on August 3 and it will cost, just like the previous packs, $10.
