With a camera, a hallway, an animal mask, and a blunt object, you can be part of the Playstation launch trailer for Dennaton Games’ Hotline Miami. Hotline Miami publisher Devolver Digital invited fans on tumblr to be part of this launch trailer by following these steps.

Step 1: Fine a menacing looking hallway.
Step 2: Find a mask and weapon from Hotline Miami.
Step 3: Walk down the hallway menacingly. Take a swing at the camera.
Step 4: Upload your best clip to Youtube.
Step 5: Tweet/email your clip to @hotlinemiami or hlm@devolverdigital.com

Their video editing team will splice the best submissions into a trailer for people to see before deciding to get in on this 2D top-down over the top stylized bit of old school video game violence. If you do plan to take part in this, what animal mask and weapon do you intend to use? I personally may go with Don Juan’s horse head and an old-fashioned crowbar.

The deadline for submissions is May 15th, so get to it.
