After reading some of your comments on the article in which I talked about the introduction of the Christmas tree in FarmVille, I noticed that some of you have a really sad problem: your Christmas tree has disappeared from FarmVille and it appears to be completely lost. Below I will tell you how to get your lost Christmas Tree back to your farm!
No matter if you “lost” the tree due to a refresh of the farm, you sold it by mistake (or on purpose) or whatever, here is what you should do in hopes that you will get your Christmas Tree back:
1. Follow all the steps listed by Zynga here. This is some troubleshooting related to the “Farmville has been enhanced” error, but they say that it might bring you back the tree. So give it a try, even if you have a bunch of stuff to save before that!
2. Unfortunately, many people are reporting that they still didn’t get their Christmas tree back after following all the steps. All that is left to do at the moment is to send them a ticket asking for help. The official Zynga forums are already flooded with requests from people trying to find help, and I am sure that if the developers will see how many fans of their game are in trouble, they will work something out – probably the most suitable solution being that of offering the tree as a purchasable object in the market.

UPDATE: If you somehow lost your Christmas Tree, DO NOT WORRY, Zynga has confirmed to one of our readers (Mrs. Lee) that they are working on a fix and soon there will be a solution for this problem. You can read Zynga’s full response below:

Thank you for letting us know about the issue regarding the Holiday Tree. You were not alone in experiencing this issue as many of our users have reported various issues related to the Holiday Tree. This encompasses missing Holiday Trees, max gift capacity reached in Holiday Trees, and requests for another Holiday Tree. We are aware of these issues and our developers have been working hard to resolve them.
We would like to reassure you that if you are among those that do not have a Holiday Tree, there will soon be a fix within the near future. If you are unable to access the tree again, please do not worry. Our developers are addressing this problem and are currently working on a new feature that should resolve the Holiday Tree issue soon.
