APB Beta, Ready for Kick Off

One of the most promising MMOs of recent times (as cliché as it sounds, I do feel that this statement is correct), APB (All Points Bulletin) is ready to enter the beta stage starting next week, announces GamesIndustry.biz.

Applications for the beta stage kicked off early last week and for now only a few lucky gamers will get the chance to test the game. However, the developers, Realtime Worlds, are promising that more beta spaces will be opened in the future, as the game gets more polish on its rusty surface.

So, unless you are one of the lucky few, this isn’t necessarily your best news of the day. However, this does mean that APB is getting closer and closer to a release date and I am sure that can please a few lonely souls out there.
