As I said, we’re starting with Tetris Party, a WiiWare title available for 1,200 Wii Points. The game, which can be played by up to six players, comes with a few modern implementations: it supports Balance Board gameplay, as well as unique game modes which take full advantage of the Wiimote. But, no matter how you put it, Tetris is a classic.
The Incredible Maze is a simple single player game sold for 500 Wii Points. As the name suggests, your job is to navigate a ball through a series of twisted mazes using the Wii Remote. There are different play modes and, if you’re really up for a challenge, you can jump on the Balance Board and try guiding the ball using it. Cheap and fun.
On Virtual Console, we have Digital Champ Battle Boxing, a single player first person boxing game originally released for TurboGrafx16. If you’re a fan of such games, you’ll be able to literally try your hand at Digital Champ Battle Boxing for 700 Wii Points.
The last title is another TurboGrafx16 single player game, Gradius II (Gofer No Yabou). Nine stages of mad shooting are offered in this sequel to the original Gradius, with weapon modules, shields and, of course, the Vic Viper. Everything for 900 Wii Points.
