Some great content is available for download this week from the PlayStation Store and I’m sure this means that PlayStation 3 owners will have a great weekend. The classic Prince of Persia game, which gave birth to one of the best known franchises in the gaming world, is available for download alongside with the first episode in the Penny Arcade Adventures.

With a huge full name, Penny Arcade Adventures: On the Rain-Slick Precipice of Darkness Episode One, can be downloaded for $14.99. You will be then allowed to create your own character in the classic comic style, and join Gabe and Tycho in the alternate 1920s universe of New Arcadia to combat savage enemies, solve mysteries, meet bizarre new characters, and generally have a great laugh with the well known adult humor.

The classic Prince of Persia is available for download for $9.99 and it does not only bring back the great game released in 1989, but it enhances and updates its graphics: character designs, animations, visuals, and lighting effects – all are re-made and ready to offer pure 1080p entertainment!

Also, as a side note, for those who did not have time to check LEGO Batman: The Videogame yet, there’s a Demo waiting to be downloaded from the PlayStation Store.
