New Mafia Wars Bangkok Episodes Coming Soon

Just when I thought I’m through with Bangkok by completing Episodes 5A and 5B, Zynga announces that there will be new Bangkok episodes coming out soon; two episodes to be precise. New content makes players come back for more.

Here’s an excerpt from the announcement:

Watch out though – power has a way of bringing some unwanted attention from some shadowy forces… With completely new jobs and Mastery Items, there are new challenges and prizes that await. Are you ready to conquer the mysteries of Thailand?

You can read the announcement by hovering on the Help button in game and click on Coming Soon. There you can read the full text and additional artwork. According to the statement, Episodes 6 and 7 will unlock once you’ve completed Episodes 5a and 5b of Bangkok. That means I can already begin doing jobs in the new episodes once they are implemented in Mafia Wars.

It didn’t state whether these new Bangkok episodes will be released before Las Vegas but it might be safe to say that it will come first. Developers might still be working on refining Las Vegas and these new episodes are their way of giving players something to do in Mafia Wars before Las Vegas rolls out.
