The Mystery Gift is introduced in Frontierville this week. You can send a Mystery Gift to your neighbors once each day. Don’t look for it at the Free Gifts tab of the game. It has a special place at the neighbor bar of the game.
When you accept a Mystery Gift from your neighbors, you’ll see them on the left side of your screen, along with the goals. Items you can find in the boxes are:
- Hotdog
- Fancy Steak Dinner
- French Fries
- Hamburger
- Ice Cream Sandwich
- Bike
- Building Materials
- School Supplies
- Tools
- Ribbon
- Plank
- Fire
- Cloth
- Postcard Collection item
When you complete the Postcard Collection, you’ll receive Saltpeter.
Some people, me included, seem to lose their Mystery Gifts they accepted. Once they accepted the request, they can’t see the Mystery Box on the Screen, thus they can’t open it. If you refresh the browser, the boxes will still be nowhere to be found.
Hopefully Zynga works on the fix of missing Mystery Gifts or else giving them to your neighbors in Frontierville is not worth it.
