Thorn In The Side Mission
– Get support from your 4 Mafia.
– Activate 4 Crew Members in Brazil.
– Loot 8 units of Brazil Cash from fights.
– Build 2 weapons at your Weapons Depot.

Reward: 15 Loyalty Points, Experience based on your level, 3 Brown Cancer Crabs (52A/75D)

Hit Him Where It Hurts Mission
– Loot 12 Sonic Emitters from job.
– Win 15 fights.

Reward: BRL$6,000, 20 Victory Coins, Experience based on your level

Come Alone Mission
– Get support from your 5 Mafia.
– Clear 2 Robbing Boards.
– Loot 15 Suspension Coils from job.

Reward: BRL$8,000, 20 Victory Coins, Experience based on your level

Stiffed Mission
– Fight 24 opponents.
– Job: “Auction Off A Rival’s Private Island” 12 times.
– Declare a war 2 times.
– Collect from your Barracks 2 times.

Reward: 16 Victory Coins, Experience based on your level, 3 Jackalopes (77A/42D)

Kid’s Got Spunk Mission
– Get support from your 5 Mafia.
– Take out 20 Influential Politicians.
– Job: “Assassinate A Politician At A Museum Gala” 25 times.

Reward: BRL$10,000, 20 Loyalty Points, Experience based on your level

Caving In Mission
– Acquire 20 Ranger Body Armors.
– Loot 12 Railgun Barrels from robbing.
– Job: “Wipe Out A Favela Street Gang” 12 times.
– Buy 2 items from your Black Market.

Reward: 12 Victory Coins, Experience based on your level, 2 Night On The Towns (72A/88D)

Inside Woman Mission
– Activate 5 Crew Members in Brazil.
– Take out 20 Overzealous Guards.
– Loot 12 Portable Fusion from job.

Reward: BRL$10,000, 15 Loyalty Points, 15 Victory Coins, Experience based on your level

The reward for completing all the seven missions in the Ties That Bind mission series in Mafia Wars is a Glamour Helmet superior armor (62A/150D). I guess it’s really worth the trouble!
