Titanfall manages this feat despite suffering a 41% drop in sales, according to Chart Track.
A similar drop in sales also affected EA (42% in this case), but they are still is able to hold onto second place with its World Cup 2014 tie-in whilst Call of Duty: Ghosts climbs to third for the first time since the end of February.
FIFA 14 keeps itself in fourth place this week, whilst LEGO: The Hobbit slips two places down to fifth.
Minecraft: Xbox 360 edition jumps up the charts once again, this week nestling in sixth. South Park: The Stick of Truth has to settle for seventh this week.
The LEGO Movie Videogame moves up to eighth, closely followed by Plants vs Zombies: Garden Warfare in ninth.
Battlefield 4 re-enters the Top 10 to round it off. Despite a PC release, Trials Fusion is unable to stop a drop down into 14th this week.

Next week we get The Amazing Spider-Man 2 gets released, which should give the charts a shake-up with it coming out across a number of platforms. Will it challenge Titanfall, though? Also on the release horizon is Mario Golf: World Tour, which might be able to sneak into the Top 10 next week.
