The hype surrounding the anticipated launch of Cryptic’s Star Trek Online is starting to build up and the recently released screenshots taken from the upcoming game are part of the reasons why. Because, as you can see for yourself, the visuals are simply amazing and these Star Trek Online screenshots prove that we might be up for a really pleasant surprise this year!

And probably the biggest surprise is the release of one image which shows more than beautifully rendered vessels into the outer space. It shows us life on a planet and characters moving around as, very important, a new set of Star Trek costumes. I must admit that these blue and white ones look really great!
