mirrors-edgeNorth Americans can already purchase the PC version of Dice’s parkour game Mirror’s Edge, while the rest of the world has to wait for a couple more days – until the 16th of January, when Electronic Arts plans to ship the title. Those of you who plan to purchase the PC version of the game will also receive a FREE copy of Mirror’s Edge remix album featuring Lisa Miskovsky’s “Still Alive” and other top remixes from Benny Benassi, Paul van Dyk, Armand Van Helden and more.

Also, Dice decided to reveal that extra downloadable content is planned for all versions of the game. Scheduled to be released on January 29 for $10 (or 800 MS Points), the DLC will add seven all-new Time Trial maps for everybody to test their running skills on.

Although the game’s sales were lower than anticipated, Mirror’s Edge was one of the most innovative games of the past year and with the release of the PC version and extra content, Electronic Arts surely hopes to give the game a push up the sales charts.
