Electronic Arts decided to offer us a little treat just in time for the New Year’s Eve celebrations: two new items to wear in The Sims 3, both available as free downloads from the Sims 3 store. A very cool gesture from a company that was always considered one that did everything it could to get that extra buck from their fans.

Today they prove us that they’ve changed into good and they’re offering the New Years Hat for Her and the New Years Hat for Him at no charge. You can start the small download right away by clicking the links I’ve offered you.

You will have to take into account that you will need the Sims 3 update 1.5.0.002000 in order for the two hats to work, but if you’re a fan of the game, I am sure you already have it installed. So start the download and have fun!
