There are three consumable items you need for certain jobs in Bangkok. You can acquire the items by doing certain jobs and by purchasing properties. Below are the items and how you can get them.

Drug Shipments
Drug Shipments are earned from the Bangkok Property Drug Smuggling Ring. This property is unlocked by mastering the Buy Some Chemicals On The Black Market Bangkok job. This job is found in Bangkok Episode 4 Commandant.

Pirates
Pirates are earned from the Bangkok Property Piracy Operation. In order to unlock this property, you are required to master the Secure A Pirate Vessel job. This job is found in Bangkok Episode 3 Pirate. The number of pirates you earn from the property depends on its level.

Satellite Phones
Unlike the first two items, Satellite Phones are dropped from a job in Bangkok. The job you need to complete is the Hijack A Boat Load Of Electronics, which is found in Bangkok Episode 3 Pirate.

These items can also be found when doing any job in Bangkok but it is a rare occurrence. If you got extra Reward Points, you can purchase these items from the Marketplace. You can buy 10 pieces for 20 Reward points.
