Rockstar have confirmed that PC gamers worldwide will get a chance to play LA Noire just before Christmas, with the release date being set on November 8th for a RRP of $49,99. The good news, if you have some special glasses, is that the game will support 3D and it will also include all the DLC released for the console versions of the game (Nicholson Electroplating” Arson case, “Reefer Madness” Vice case, “The Consul’s Car” Traffic case, “The Naked City” Vice case and “A Slip of the Tongue” Traffic case).
Of course, the graphics will look a lot better on PCs since they’re a lot more powerful than consoles – which brings us to the system requirements for LA Noire. You can check them out below:
Operating System: Windows 7 / Windows Vista Service Pack 1 / Windows XP Service Pack 3 / OnLive for PC or Mac;
Processor: Intel Dual Core 2.2GHz to Quad Core 3.2GHz / AMD Dual Core 2.4Ghz to Quad Core 3.2Ghz;
RAM: 2GB to 8GB;
Hard drive space: 16GB;
Video Card: NVIDIA GeForce 8600 GT 512MB to NVIDIA GeForce GTX 580 1536MB / Radeon HD 3000 512MB to Radeon HD 6850 1024MB;
Sound Card: 100% DirectX 9 Compatible;
DVD Drive.
I must admit that I am really excited about the release of LA Noire to PCs, especially since all the DLCs are included and the game itself was such a hit on consoles!
