Pause the game and press Triangle, Triangle, X, X, L2, R2, R1, R2, Circle, Square.

Unlockables:

All primary weapons*
Successfully complete the game under the Recruit or Contractor difficulty setting to unlock the primary weapons.

All secondary weapons*
Successfully complete the game under the Professional difficulty setting.

All basic weapons*
Successfully complete the game under the Professional difficulty setting.

All other weapons*
Successfully complete the game under the Operative difficulty setting.

“Professional” difficulty level
Successfully complete the game under the Recruit or Contractor difficulty setting.

*Unlocked weapons have no upgrades.
