And yet another mission series has been released today in CastleVille, the Starting Down the Swamp mission series that brings us 10 new quests to complete and a new foray into the gloom. I am here to share with you all the details about the 10 Starting Down the Swamp missions, so read on for the guide.
It’s worth noting first that it might be possible that you have already expanded your land to where the Duke wants to explore, so if you did, you won’t have to complete the first two missions in the series.
Reeking Havoc Mission
– Raise your Castle to 170
– Tax 5 Buildings
– Explore the new Gloom area
Rewards: 1,000 coins, 20 XP
Gloom Vision Goggles Mission
– Have 4 Eye of Newt (found by clicking the Post to Friends button in the quest window or found on the Newsfeed)
– Raise your Castle to 320 (Build Royal Buildings and place Royal Decorations to increase your Castle)
– Explore the new Gloom area
Rewards: 1,000 coins, 20 XP
Eau de Gloom Orc Mission
– Banish 1 Gloom Orc
– Sell 3 Honey
– Collect 7 Ogre’s Belch
Rewards: 1,500 coins, 30 XP and 1 Firefly Bush
Fit For a Swamp Mission
– Consume 3 Grape Juice (craft in the kitchen)
– Have 3 Fly Swatters (ask friends)
– Explore the new Gloom area
Rewards: 1,500 coins, 30 XP
Gloom Roots! Mission
– Have 1 Studio in your Kingdom
– Craft 3 Purity Talismans
– Use Talismans to cleanse Swamp Roots
Rewards: 1,750 coins, 30 XP
Listen! You Smell Something? Mission
– Banish 3 Gloom Orcs
– Ask for 7 Empty Flasks (ask friends)
– Harvest 10 Tomatoes
Rewards: 1,500 coins, 30 XP and Sonja’s Old Dinghy
Rooted in Evil Mission
– Have 2 Studios in your Kingdom
– Craft 10 Purity Talismans
– Free 3 Animals trapped in Swamp Roots
Rewards: 1,000 coins, 20 XP
Spread the Word Mission
– Unwither 10 Neighbor Crops
– Chop Trees 20 times
– Have 7 Purity Talismans
Rewards: 1,500 coins, 30 XP
Going Deeper Mission
– Cleanse 2 Swamp Roots
– Buy 3 Nature items
– Explore deeper into the Gloom Swamp!
Rewards: 1,500 coins, 30 XP and 1 Critter Den
Swamp Rejuvenation Mission
– Banish 2 Gloom Orcs
– Have 10 Bags of Sand (go Fishing)
– Craft 2 Fertilizers
Rewards: 1,750 coins, 35 XP
Cleansed with Flame Mission
– Craft 2 Cleansing Flames
– Use Cleansing Flames to cleanse 2 Gloom Trees
Rewards: 1,750 coins, 35 XP
In Foul Territory Mission
– Have 6 Purity Talismans
– Have 10 Spy Glasses (ask friends)
– Craft 4 Exploration Crystals
Rewards: 1,750 coins, 35 XP and Swampy Pond
