Mortal Kombat XMortal Kombat X has claimed a third straight week at the top of the UK All Formats Chart, meaning it is just one week away from equalling this year’s current record of four weeks in first, set by Battlefield: Hardline.

Despite a dry week in terms of new releases, the bank holiday weekend has seen sales rise by 6% across entertainment software, according to Chart Track.

Grand Theft Auto V enjoys a rise in sales as it keeps hold of second, and Battlefield: Hardline holds steady in third place.

FIFA 15 is up one place to fourth thanks to a good price on an Xbox 360 console bundle along with general retailer promotions.

Minecraft suffers a drop this week. The PlayStation Edition drops down one place to fifth, and despite an increase in sales, the Xbox Edition is down to seventh.

Dying Light climbs again as it finds itself in sixth this week as Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare is down a spot to eighth.

Halo: The Master Chief Collection enjoys a jump up the charts, up five places this week to ninth. The Top 10 is rounded off this week by WWE 2K15, which holds onto 10th for the second week.
