Top 5 Facebook Games in February 2013

Facebook has become a very interactive virtual world in the past years, when it comes to casual gaming, this social network is probably the best. In the middle of so many social games, what are the top ones?

Statistics indicate that FarmVille 2 was still the Facebook’s social games king in January. It has been Zynga’s most famous title and played game on Facebook. But that’s about to change, King.com’s Candy Crush Saga has been growing exponentially and it’s reaching Farmville’s rank. Both games have around 1 million fixed daily players. The first title has been losing players drastically, the daily loss is around 400,000 players in December. However, Candy Crush Saga has been growing madly in the same period, it has gained around 1.7 million players daily. So, it’s for sure that the first place is no longer on Farmville’s hands.

Every title is fighting each other, the statistics are very close for the top 5 games, each one of them has around 10 million monthly players.

No wonder that things changed so quickly from January to February. Farmville’s lost it’s crown and CoasterVille, a freshly released game, has been introduced to the top ranks. The biggest gainer for the month is definitely Zynga’s CoasterVille, which has officially launched in December and is already on the top five. The number three, Texas HoldEm Poker, has been dropping lately, the second rank in January is now the third in February. Finally, Words with Friends is the big surprise factor in this list – last month, the respective title didn’t make it to the top ten.

Everything changes quickly and fast in the Facebook world, what is taken for granted today, may be no longer tomorrow.
