– Brazil Headquarters – generates Brazilian Cash
– Black Market – lets you buy exclusive items
– Workshop – lets you make consumable loot for jobs
– Refinery – gives you extra energy
– Barracks – gives you extra stamina

In order to unlock the Brazil buildings you will have to complete the jobs in the different districts and also have construction materials (regular ones from New York, as well as Brazil specific ones like construction workers or Brazilian timber.
