The Darkness II Brutalized Executions Video Brings Up the Violence

With just a few days left until the full launch of The Darkness II, 2K Games decided to show us a new video that they’ve been keeping hidden until now: the Brutalized Executions video that shows us some of the most violent finishing moves in the game.

In this video, Jackie displays a variety of violent ends for his adversaries. Featured executions: Torso Smash, Head Whip, and Anaconda. And these are not all, just a few of them to have you glued to the seat, hoping to get your hands on the game ASAP.

The Darkness II brings a unique new combat mechanic through Quad-Wielding, which will allow players to slash, grab, and throw objects and enemies with two Demon Arms while simultaneously firing two weapons. The game is layered with thematic elements of dark versus light, steeped in deep and twisted storytelling, and maintains the stylistic violence visualised through a hand-painted graphic noir technique, true to its comic book origins.
