Left 4 Dead 2, even though criticized by many for its sudden announcement, is still one of Valve’s biggest games and pre-orders for the first person shooter sequel stand at 300% more compared to the original Left 4 Dead. But that doesn’t seem to be enough for Valve who is going to launch an [...]

With the next Overlord II game coming very, very soon, the developers have decided to tease the game a little bit and they have offered a free flash based tower defense game, Overlord II Tower Defense. Unfortunately, even though fun in concept, this TD game is only a “five minutes wonder”… and maybe you can [...]

You probably still remember about the partnership between Blizzard and Pepsi to create and deliver, starting this summer, the Mountain Dew Game Fuel drinks, coming in two colors: bright blue and red, for the Horde and the Alliance.
If you do remember these details, we have some great news for you: it’s summer now, therefore the [...]

Electronic Arts had a really stupid “advertising” strategy: they hired a few guys and girls to protest against the release of Dante Inferno. I have heavily criticized the protestants back then; afterwards, I have heavily criticized EA for this unacceptable (in my opinion) stunt, but the story keeps on going.

A few days ago I was simply disgusted with the entire world following a protest against EA’s upcoming Dante’s Inferno. Today we have official confirmation, according to 1UP, that Electronic Arts actually staged the protest in order to get some extra popularity for their title.
About 20 people were involved in the fake protesting, organized by [...]

Remember the huge Sims 3 campaign launched by Electronic Arts just a while ago, in order to promote the already pirated The Sims 3? Well, things have gone a lot further and much better looking, and the concept “Let there be Sims!” simply took over the world, in the nicest possible way.
We have two screenshots [...]

I think that most of us can agree with one thing: The Sims 3 will be one of the biggest and most successful PC games of this year (and most likely years to come), but Electronic Arts wants to make sure everybody is aware of that, especially now since they suffered a small hit with [...]

You probably have never heard of Rhythm Heaven – and it would’ve remained an unknown game if pop star Beyoncé Knowles wouldn’t have signed to promote the title. According to The Tanooki who spotted the news on the NeoGAF forums, Beyoncé has just finished shooting the TV spot for the game and we’ll probably see [...]

As you know, video games are being blamed for every bad thing in this world (and honestly I’m waiting to see them blamed for the recession), but there’s not too much that can be done. However, it appears that when the British Department of Health starts an awareness campaign against video games in which it [...]

You probably fondly remember the fact that Electronic Arts had some pretty controversial experience with Need For Speed, especially thanks to a hot and steamy Pro Street photoshoot with lots of cars but fewer clothes… Now it appears that it was totally worth it and EA is giving it another shot. Yes, there are some [...]
